To witness this special moment, the leading men of the film–Ram Charan, Jr. NTR and music composer and the man behind the song–MM Keeravani, were with their respective wives. The filmmaker was seen dressed in a crisp black kurta, teamed with a deep red dhoti, bordered with black trim. The traditional uniform from Andhra Pradesh was a version of the pancha kattu dhoti in red, which he matched with a shawl-style stole, worn around his neck.
Rajamouli was joined by his wife Rama, who also wore a traditional silk saree in the shades of green and orange, representing the colours of India. Alongside the filmmaker, were his lead actors from the film, who brought their wives as plus ones to the red carpet.

In pictures, we spotted actor Ram Charan, walking the Golden Globes red carpet with his pregnant wife–Upasana Kamineni. The two chose to represent the Indian culture, through their ways of dressing. Charan arrived in a version of a black sherwani, designed by designer–Tarun Tahiliani. The actor’s form-fitted silhouette was a mixture of India’s kurta and western pants. He posed alongside his wife and mom-to-be Upasana, who also chose to wear a traditional Indian saree to the red carpet. She wore a two-toned, printed saree that represented a heavy blend of bandhani motifs and ikat. She further accessorised the look with a lemon yellow potli bag and a bindi.
