TCS Conversion Case Takes New Turn As Nida Khan Claims She’s Pregnant
An investigation into the nine complaints of s*xual assault and forced religious conversion at the Nashik-based office of TCS.
In recent events, Nida Khan, accused of forcible religious conversion at the IT Gian Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik, is in Mumbai and is pregnant with her first child, as per her family. She is currently on the run and has gone to a local court in Nashik for anticipatory bail, possibly taking her medical condition as an important factor in her application. Authorities are asked to verify these claims through official medical sources as the SIT continues to bring her into custody. The 25-year-old joined the BPO unit of the company in 2021.

As per reports, an investigation into the nine complaints of s*xual assault and forced religious conversion at the Nashik-based office of TCS. The police have put together a Special Investigation Team to investigate the complaints filed by 8 women employees. They alleged that their seniors mentally and s*xually harassed them, and the HR department ignored their complaints. This happened between February 2022 and March 2026. Reportedly, one accused was in a physical relationship with an employee on the false promise of marrying her.
This accused also touched another employee inappropriately while making shameful remarks on her personal and marital life. As per the police, the victim had lodged multiple verbal complaints of these incidents with the company’s head officer, who did not take cognisance of her molestation complaints. He instead abets their actions. They also said that the accused forced one of the male employees to perform Namaz while insulting his religion.
The arrested employees, who have subsequently been suspended, include Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Aftab Ansari, and HR head Ashwini Chainani.
