Yogi Adityanath Speaks On Besharam Rang Row: Avoid Scenes That Can Give Birth To Controversy

Films, stories, scenes and actors hurting the political or religious sentiments of the people have become a very common topic of debate these days. Sadly, there are enough efforts being taken to curb the creative freedom of filmmakers with the “Boycott Campaigns”. Apart from Mumbai, which is considered to be the film hub, UP’s Noida is also in the process of becoming a huge film-producing hub. And Uttar Pradesh CM, Yogi Adityanath in a recent interview spoke about the Boycott campaign that was recently launched against SRK and Deepika Padukone’s song ‘Besharam Rang’ from Pathaan.

In the interview, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath shared his opinion on Pathaan’s ‘Besharam Rang’ Boycott controversy. He put forth his respect for the artists and filmmakers in the industry and also mentioned about the efforts that the UP government is making to increase film production in the state. However, Yogi Adityanath also went on to clarify that filmmakers should not put any scene intentionally that is capable of hurting the feelings of the general public, as per the News 18 interview.

A month back, UP CM, Yogi Adityanath sat down with well-known actors in the film industry to discuss his big-scale film industry in Noida. Even in this meeting, actor Suniel Shetty raised the problem of the Boycott and appealed to the CM that there should be some concrete steps taken to stop it.
