Recently, an alarming situation related to the health of women has been pointed out by experts, according to which Indian women under the age of 35 have become more prone to breast cancer. Ladies, the first step to saving ourselves from breast cancer is by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Even the doctors highly recommend that. Talking about lifestyle, habits like smoking and drinking should be avoided as much as possible, and exercising should be a regular part of your routine. Diet is also an important part of this lifestyle and therefore deserves your attention. Diet high on carbs or sugar is not right for you, and this might not be the first time you are hearing this, but try not to eat junk food very often. Soy food, chicken, fish, nuts, and beans are some food items that can be added to your diet.

Work and career are good, but honestly, your health also demands priority and it should not be neglected. Breast cancer at such a young age is really concerning.
