Chembur Man Arrested For Raping 5 Minor Girls For 3 Years. Humanity Dies A Little Every Day.
It’s almost laughable to me when men (and some women) look at the minority of women who have the privilege of somewhat being or feeling safe and claim that women as a whole have nothing to worry about and are completely safe. While there is a lot to say about this I will focus on reporting what caused me to say this. I read the news about a 50-year-old Chembur man who raped 5 minor girls for 3 years and then sold them to the flesh business. How monstrous!
A 50-year-old Chembur man named Firoz Khan was arrested after a teen girl who was rescued in 2019 opened up about how she and her sisters were repeatedly raped by him. The 17-year-old was rescued 2 years ago and is now settling into everyday life with her education. She opened up to the counsellors in her Children’s home and told them that Khan sexually assaulted her along with 4 other girls. 3 of these minor girls were 17-year old’s sisters aged: 15, 13 and 11.

The deputy commissioner of police, zone 6, Krishnakant Upadhyay confirmed that Firoz Khan has been arrested. Balasaheb Ghavate, who is the Senior inspector of RCF police station stated that Khan was arrested from the Chembur area on Tuesday.
He said “We will produce him before a special POCSO court on Wednesday to seek his remand for custodial interrogation,” according to Hindustan Times. The assaults took place in the Ashok Nagar and Indira Nagar areas from 2018 to 2021.

People like this man genuinely deserve everything that’s coming to them and more. It is beyond me how someone can be disgusting enough to put anyone through such a heinous ordeal, let alone a minor.
