Kim Kardashian yelled ‘caution’ at the Paris Fashion Week, Balenciaga showcase and we think it’s a hint that Kanye West should probably take. Am I right or am I right, Kim? With the yellow caution tape wrapped around herself, Kim’s daring DIY outfit for the Balenciaga show added to her trail of Balenciaga favourite ensembles. I mean, you’ll remember the black and hot pink catsuits? It’s still so fresh in my head. And now taking her rishta with Balenciaga to another level, Ms Kardashian wrapped herself with a yellow duct tape, with of course a layer of black catsuit and heels serving as a base. Dropping some behind the scene clips of her dolling-up session, Kim revealed how her team intricately added more than a dozen of Balenciaga branded tape rolls around the beauty mogul and her accessories for the show.

Talking about the label’s collection showcase that was all about reflecting the world around. Models walked the snow laden pathways, dressed in hues of blue and yellow, which was reminiscent of Ukraine’s flag, as they struggled with the storm along the way. Standing in solidarity with the sufferers of Ukraine, creative director Demna Gvasalia who came dressed up in the shades of Ukraine talked about the triggering effects of the Russia-Ukraine war, that brought back his memories as a refugee of the Georgian Civil War. Pressing on the crisis of climate change, models wore the latest collection that incorporated a line-up of slim-fitting, attached train dresses, Balenciaga’s signature body suits, dramatic sleeves, oversized hoodies, and altered versions of its Extreme sunglasses. With every seat dipped into the Ukrainian flag, and celebrities making an appearance in the country’s national colours as a sign of solidarity, witnessed Balenciaga’s Winter ’22 collection on March 6, 2022. The show was also attended by Euphoria fame Alexa Demie, Salma Hayek, Sorai Choi and more.
