Celebs Arrived In Their Formal Best For Ranbir, Alia’s Starry Wedding Party But Shah Rukh Khan Stole The Limelight

Ever since Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have tied the knot, all that the internet wants to know about is their further plans. While the star couple said ‘I do’ in an intimate wedding set up, a big Bollywood wedding reception at Ranbir’s Mumbai residence–Vastu had our eyes on it. Yes, the couple threw a big wedding party for their fraternity friends, and the guest list was pretty exciting. From Neetu Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, to Gauri Khan, and  Malaika Arora, stars arrived in their stylish black formals for the special night.

Kickstarting the special Saturday evening, we spotted the couple’s family–Neetu Kapoor in a deep green, sequinned co-ord set, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni in a one-shoulder, slit dress alongside husband Bharat who arrived in a black pantsuit. Alia’s mom and sister–Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt were also seen entering the venue. We also spotted Ranbir, Alia’s ‘constants’ Karan Johar, and Ayan Mukerji in black pantsuits.

Furthermore, we spotted celebrities, Arjun Kapoor, in a black pantsuit, and Malaika Arora in a fuchsia pink ruffle dress. Another set of cars arriving at the venue gave us a peek inside the starry guest list, consisting of names like Ranbir’s cousin Aadar Jain, and his girlfriend/actress Tara Sutaria. Talking about Tara, who went missing from Ranbir, Alia’s shaadi, finally arrived for the big bash in a sequinned, strapless ivory-hued dress, with a plunging neckline and feather laden hemline, and she looked absolutely stunning (uff).

Additionally, we also spotted Ranbir’s cousin/actor Karisma Kapoor in a monochrome blazer dress (so good), while Kareena Kapoor Khan decided to skip this one.

While the starry guest list had fans excited, guess who stole the limelight from them all? None other than Mr Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan. Yes, a pretty rare sight in a while, first Gauri Khan arrived in a black mini dress, followed by which we saw another shining car sealed with black curtains. Avoiding paparazzi interactions and pictures, SRK rushed inside the venue without revealing his face (maybe it’s a new look for Pathaan).

A rare sight for us was actor Aditya Roy Kapurr’s arrival at the venue. The Aashiqui 2 actor shares a close bond with both Alia and Ranbir, hence he arrived for the big bash in a black pantsuit (also that smile, wow). Followed by Aditya, music composer Pritam was also seen entering Ranbir’s Mumbai residence–Vastu for the big night.

While we did not get a glimpse inside the black-themed soirée, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared a picture with newlywed Ranbir Kapoor, who we spotted in a black pantsuit and tie. Karisma Kapoor also shared a sweet picture with Alia who was seen dressed in a silver dress, alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
