Harry Styles Talked About Choosing Not To Label His Sexuality. Here Are 6 Other Celebrities That Hate Labels Too

While Harry Styles has been lauded for his genderfluid dressing on magazine covers, the singer and actor has recently been the cynosure of some criticism. The Don’t Worry Darling actor has addressed the queerbaiting allegations made by the audience, mentioning how people keep asking him why he doesn’t identify with some sex and label himself in public. His response? He says that this is personal for him and that it’s his journey that he wishes to keep private.

When asked about his public relationships, he mentioned in an interview, “Sometimes people say, ‘You’ve only publicly been with women,’ and I don’t think I’ve publicly been with anyone. If someone takes a picture of you with someone, it doesn’t mean you’re choosing to have a public relationship or something.”

Following their time on the sets of Don’t Worry Darling, which Olivia Wilde directed, she and Harry Styles have been publicly dating since January 2021. This is probably the only relationship that Harry Styles has ever really gone public with.

While addressing matters about identifying with a particular gender or sexuality, he also mentioned the fact that he has never really been a fan of labels. Harry has always considered the concept of labels to be very outdated and he isn’t the only one. A lot of other celebrities hold the same beliefs in terms of labels and sexuality. It’s “So you’re just gay, right?” They don’t understand it.” “If I’m like, ‘Oh, I really like this guy,’ they’re like, ‘But you’re gay.’ I’m like No! I’m never going to label myself.”

5. Ke$ha

Kesha has always been very open and explicit about the fact that she refuses to identify with any sexuality. She strongly believes that she doesn’t love men or women, she just loves people.
