A viral video has been making rounds on the internet which has left everyone feeling disgusted to the utmost level. A street hawker in Telangana’s Warangal district was caught on camera masturbating in daylight behind his ice cream truck.

The incident was caught on camera by a passerby, who shot it on their phone from afar. As soon as the video grabbed the attention of the police, he was arrested as per the police. According to a report by India Today, the man identifies himself as Kaluram Kurbia, an ice cream seller in Nekonda. The man originally does not hail from Telangana but is a native of Rajasthan.
He was taken into custody following an investigation of the viral video which was reportedly filmed at the Ambedkar center in Telangana’s Warangal district.

To be more precise with the investigation, a food inspector has collected samples after the viral video caused outrage among everyone. Following this, a case has been registered against Kaluram Kurbia, under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for obscene acts in a public place. The police have also mentioned that they could not specify the exact nature of the act on the viral video but added that it did involve an act of indecent behaviour.

The viral video garnered quite a reaction on the internet, where some people are mad about the fact that he was arrested on the grounds of public obscenity but not for what he actually did. While others advised to stop buying from street side shops altogether and go to a proper shop instead as they follow strict hygiene rules.
