Mumbai Man Kills 3 YO Girl In Drunk Driving Accident At BKC On Holi. His Fun Cost The Kid Her Life!

As much as people enjoy playing Holi, a lot of lines get blurred on this day. From not respecting consent to the free permission to drink alcohol/bhaang, people lose their minds on this festival because ‘bura na maano, Holi hai’ becomes their motto for the day. So, they expect that every time they misbehave or cause ruckus, they need to be forgiven. But a man committed a crime in the spirit of Holi on March 7, 2023, in Mumbai. The man was driving under the heavy influence of alcohol, and he caused a huge accident leading to the death of a three-year-old girl.
As per reports, the accused is recognised as Vishwas Attawar and was driving his car at the Bandra Kurla Complex in the evening. As he was driving the car in an intoxicated state as he rammed his car into another vehicle which was driven by a man called Vinod Yadav. Yadav had offered a lift to his friend Om Chaudhari who had his three-year-old daughter Swati sitting on his lap.
Just when Yadav’s car had passed BKC’s Nabard signal, Attawar’s car rammed into him. Due to this collision, Swati’s head hit the dashboard and she had begun bleeding. Her father and Yadav also sustained injuries. The three injured were rushed to the hospital by those who were standing nearby. Sadly, Swati died in the hospital. Vinod Yadav has filed an FIR against Vishwas Attawar and the people who had witnessed the incident also turned him in to the police.

The police have confirmed that Attawar was under the influence of alcohol and have arrested him as well. He was returning from a party and had drunk more than he could handle.
