On December 13, the American entertainment industry received heartbreaking news. The only daughter of legendary singer Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley – Lisa Marie Presley died at the age of 54. On Thursday, Lisa Marie, who is also a singer was rushed to the hospital after she reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest. A few days before her demise, the singer had attended the 2023 Golden Golden Awards where actor Austin Butler, thanked her in his speech after winning the Golden Globe for best actor in a motion picture drama for the film Elvis. On December 10, the late singer Lisa Marie Presley had attended the Golden Globe Awards 2023 at Beverly Hills with her mother, Priscilla Presley and actor Austin Butler, who played the legendary singer Elvis Presley in the biographical film Elvis. At the ceremony, Butler won the award for best actor in a motion picture -drama and mentioned Lisa Marie in his speech. After thanking the producers of the film, Austin Butler thanked the Presley family for opening their hearts, their memories, and their home for him. “Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever,” Butler added during his speech.

Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie Presley’s mother shared the news of her daughter’s death with a heavy heart. According to the reports, the late singer was found unresponsive at her California home on Thursday morning. In her statement, Priscilla Presley mentioned that her daughter was the most passionate, strong, and loving woman she has ever known. She further asked for privacy as they deal with their profound loss.
