Woman Fires Gun During Birthday Celebration In UP, Police Initiates Probe. Take A Look At The Shocking Video!
There are two kinds of people in this world—the ones who hate celebrating their birthday and then there are ones who love it. I’m the latter kind. I absolutely love going all out on my birthday, I mean birthday bashes are the best. But at the same time, it’s also important to draw a line somewhere or the other. As much as I like getting drunk and celebrating my birthday, I also know my limits and make sure that nothing illegal takes place. No one wants to get arrested on their birthday. But not everyone is like you and me. Just recently a woman from Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar pulled a rather dangerous stunt with a gun while celebrating her birthday and it seems to have landed her in a soup with the local police.
A video of the incident has been going viral on Twitter and has even been widely criticized by netizens. In the viral video, the woman can be seen dancing in a rather narrow street in front of a house decorated with red and blue lights. As per the local media reports, the woman in the video was celebrating her birthday with a gun in her hand. The woman can be seen pointing the pistol towards the sky and firing it as she continues dancing. In the video, the woman is joined by a man who isn’t completely visible.

Apart from being illegal, this stunt could’ve turned out to be dangerous. People can be seen walking past the woman as she fires the gun and it’s a blessing that nobody was injured in the incident. This act could’ve been dangerous as the bullet could’ve hit someone or simply ricocheted and hit someone leading to a fatal injury. More so as the street where the incident occurred is narrow and has several buildings and structures around it.

Taking cognizance of the incident, the Muzaffarnagar Police, in a tweet in Hindi, shared that they have filed a case against the people involved in the incident and will be taking legal action against them. Well, we’re glad that strict action is being taken against the woman. This isn’t the first time that something of this sort has occurred. Celebratory firing is far too common, especially in North India. In the past, several cases of death due to celebratory firings have come to light. More than birthday’s celebratory firings take place during weddings.
We strongly condemn the actions of this woman. Celebrating your birthday does not mean that you can be this ignorant.
