Living with lupus can be incredibly challenging, both physically and emotionally. Symptoms of lupus can vary from person to person, but common ones include fatigue, joint pain and stiffness, rashes, fever, chest pain, and shortness of breath. These symptoms can flare up and then go into remission, making it difficult to predict when they will occur and how severe they will be. This unpredictability can lead to anxiety and depression, as well as a sense of isolation and loneliness.
