7 Stationery Hacks To Put Your Old School Supplies To Good Use
Your school days are long behind you, but you probably still have a ton of stationery lying about the house, don’t you? Instead of leaving them buried beneath a load of random stuff in your desk drawer, we suggest you put them to good use.
From pens to highlighters, and binder clips, here are a bunch of stationery hacks to try with your old school supplies.
1. Go Crazy With Rainbow Highlighter
Unicorn boardwalk? This is one of the easiest ways to distract yourself while trying to mark the important sentences in a paragraph, but I’m not complaining. I mean, now I can’t even tell if the highlighted part is important, or if I just got carried away!
2. Make A Glue Stamp Pad
This glue pad is not only great for glitter stamps, it can be used to stick paper as well. Just place the paper on the sponge, press lightly till the glue comes up, and then stick the paper wherever you like.
3. Make Your Own Galaxy Shoes
My obsession with galaxy EVERYTHING is getting a little too serious, but I couldn’t resist sharing this hack. Just a few strokes of markers and rubbing alcohol is all I needed to get these shoes or a whole lot less!
4. Clean Your Keyboard
Have you ever used those rubber/silicone keyboard protectors in order to prevent dust from settling between the keys? I absolutely couldn’t stand them, and had to toss mine out within a week’s time. This hack has come in handy ever since then.
5. Create A Cellphone Stand
Standing your phone upright against a glass or balancing it on a pillow while laying down, because all you want to do is stick to your Netflix marathon, is a task and a half. These binder clip hacks are making my life a lot easier, and helping me put my Netflix subscription to full use.
6. Prevent Cable Damage
Don’t even deny the fact that your cable wires fray all too often, and you have to use reams of tape to keep them from falling apart. This hack will save you tons of money on new cable wires every few months.
7. Do Some Bleach Pen Art
Bleach is a magnificent ingredient in the textile world! This bleach pen can be used on clothes, cloth shoes, pillow covers, or anything plain Jane that needs a pick-me-up!
