Footballer Jyoti Patel Found Dead In Hostel, Union Minister Anupriya Patel Demands An Inquiry
The number of cases of crimes against women is rising constantly. You can check any news channel or pick any newspaper, you will find innumerable articles and stories on women being abused, killed, or kidnapped and it is really scary. Recently, an Indian footballer named Jyoti Patel was found dead in a hostel. After that, a Union Minister demanded an inquiry on the case.
On April 4, Jyoti Patel – an 18-year-old footballer player was found dead in a hostel in Kolkata. She was from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. According to the reports, the cause of her mysterious death is not revealed yet. You know, I’m not a huge fan of politicians. I know that they practically run our world, but still, I believe that they can do a much better job. But when I heard this story, I was a bit relieved that some politicians do take their jobs seriously. A Union Minister named Anupriya Patel expressed her grief over the untimely demise of the footballer. She also demanded an impartial probe into the case.

The Union Minister demanded an inquiry on April 11, as per reports. Anupriya Patel is a member of the Apna Dal party, she is serving as the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry. She also mentioned that she will help Jyoti’s family. Talking about the footballer, Jyoti Patel has represented the country at the national level many times.
