Distraught After His Wife Eloped With Her Lover, This Haryana Man Murdered Their Children And Committed Suicide.
There is nothing more heartbreaking than finding out that your spouse has left you for someone else. Especially after you have children and have built an entire life together. It’s a tragedy. Unfortunately, this happens more often than anyone knows and needless to say, it never ends well. For instance, after his wife left him or another man, this man in Haryana murdered his two sons before ending his own life.
This disturbing incident took place on Saturday in a village in Karnal, Haryana. This man was incredibly upset after his wife of eight years eloped with their neighbour. In that distraught state, he murdered his two sons (aged 3 and 6) before taking his own life. This is a gruesome incident that could’ve been avoided.
According to reports, on 25 June, the deceased man’s wife eloped with their neighbour. They were having an extra-marital affair. It is being claimed by the man’s family that the woman and her lover threatened the man and also prompted him to take this drastic step. They allegedly abetted this brutal murder-suicide.

Sachin Kumar, in charge of the Indri police station, told reporters that they have registered a case against the couple. They have been booked under sections 306 (abettment of suicide) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Panel Code (IPC). The three bodies have been sent for post-mortem and an investigation is underway, including for the suicide.
Everything about this incident gives me the chills. There is no justification for adultery but there is a healthy way to deal with it. Instead of just running off and driving her husband to a point of murdering their children and committing suicide, the woman could’ve just asked for a divorce and not taken custody of the kids. What happened here is a gruesome tragedy!
