Chennai Woman Plotted With Boyfriend To Kill Stalker Ex-Boyfriend

I wouldn’t say I have had stalkers (praise the Lord for that) but I have had experiences with an ex-boyfriend that did not know how to back off. I remember being super worried and scared at the time about it. However, this one Chennai PhD student took it up a notch as she stabbed and killed her stalker ex-boyfriend who wouldn’t leave her alone. 

A 26-year-old PhD student named Desapriya from Tiruvannamalai (a Physics research scholar of a college in Kalavakkam on OMR), from Chennai plotted with her boyfriend to kill her stalker outside a private college on Thursday. The stalker was 43-years-old and wouldn’t back off despite them having ended their relationship threatening to upload their pictures. The stalker was a man who worked as a Physics demonstrator named K Senthil from Perambalur and worked at a well-known Chennai engineering college. 

Desapriya invited Senthil to her college and that’s when they were joined by Arun Pandian from Ulundurpet who is also a research scholar at a university in Kattankulathur. While the three of them were talking they got into a heated argument. In anger, Pandian and Desapriya took out a knife and slit Senthil’s throat. They also stabbed him multiple times.

After the murder, the Kelambakkam police started an investigation. During the questioning, Desapriya and Pandian that they had plotted to kill Senthil in a secluded place but ended up killing him outside the college in a fit of rage. According to reports, Desapriya was in a relationship with Senthil when she was studying at a Kattankulathur University. However, she broke up with him during the lockdown after she found out that he is married. Senthil kept harassing Desapriya to marry him saying that he will convince his wife for the marriage because they hadn’t had kids after 7 years of marriage (the audacity). Senthil kept stalking Desapriya after the breakup.

Well, I wouldn’t say that this was well-deserved but the man wasn’t an angel either. However, I believe that Desapriya could have reported him to the police rather than stabbing him to death.
