CBSE Class 12 Exam Results: Tanya Singh Emerges As Topper With 500/500 Marks! Hearty Congratulations, Girl!
The class 12 CBSE exam results were declared on July 22. The students waited with bated breaths to know their percentages as they had worked really hard over the year. The results were declared on the official CBSE site at 9 AM. The students have scored well this year with the pass percentage standing at 92.71 per cent. Well, an official merit list has not been released yet, it has announced that Bulandshahr’s student Tanya Singh has topped the CBSE class 12 examinations.
CBSE Class 12 Topper Is A Girl
As per a report by India Today, Tanya Singh studied at Delhi Public School in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The news of her topping the CBSE class 12 exams was confirmed by the school’s principal. Tanya scored 500/500 in the exams, which is a huge feat in itself. The results state that 1,34,797 students have scored over 90 per cent this time. Meanwhile, 33,432 students have scored over 95 per cent. Well, it is to be noted that because the official merit list has not been released yet, it still stands unconfirmed whether Tanya Singh is the only topper in the Class 12 CBSE exams. Girls have been reining the competitive exam space for a while now with them topping many leading competitive exams.
The overall pass percentage for the CBSE exams 2022 is 92.71 per cent. The overall pass percentage for girls in this time’s exams is 94.54 per cent whereas for the boys it is 93.80 per cent.

In other news regarding the exams, this time, all transgender students have also scored a 100 per cent pass percentage. This means that no student from this community has failed.
