1. Breakfast Like A Begum!

The Begum of the Pataudi khandaan starts her day with a power-packed breakfast. According to Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena Kapoor Khan eats a wholesome meal 60 to 90 minutes before her workout. The nutritionist shares that this optimizes muscle fibre recruitment during the workout session and also allows the body to burn more calories post-workout and gives better results in less time.

2. Afternoon Hydration On Point

As per celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, Bebo makes sure to drink some good old nimbu pani with kala namak, sugar, kesar and ginger a couple of hours after lunch. This mid-afternoon pick-me-up drink works miracles for the hair, skin and keeps one feeling light and avoids bloating during busy working days.

3. Do The Dinner Right

Bebo’s dinner includes a simple meal of dal chawal with ghee or dahi khichdi or doodhi sabzi with jowar roti and some ghee. Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar reveals that having an early and wholesome dinner makes sure that one gets a good, restorative sleep which in turn helps the hormones remain balanced. It also has an anti-ageing effect on the body. The nutritionist adds that this aids in waking up fresh. Sleeping soundingly is important for a good and healthy life.
