Recently Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya shed more light on the working conditions in TV from their respective experiences. Bharti Singh recalled how she had seen actress work with IV drips because they weren’t allowed to leave. This is absolutely pathetic!

What Did Bharti Singh And Haarsh Limbachiya Say?
Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya recalled their TV days in the latest episode of their podcast. The Silence stars Manoj Bajpayee and Prachi Desai were the guests, and the latter too shared thoughts during the conversation. Talking about the working conditions in TV, Bharti Singh made a shocking revelation and said that she has seen actresses put IV drips and shot because they weren’t allowed to go if the shot was not done. Adding to this Haarsh Limbachiya also stated that there were creative directors and directirs suffering heart attack because of the pressurising work conditions and lack of proper sleep. He also added that the people would just stay on smoking, set food or tea for the entire day and suffer from gastric issues too due to the unhealthy lifestyle.

Silence star Prachi Desai also added her opinion to this conversation and stated that she drank a lot of coffee to survive the long working hour on the set.

This is just so sad to hear. While entertainment industry demands the people to always be on their toes, but at the cost of their health? The fact the actresses have to wear IV drips and work on the set shows the ignorance of the makers. We hope that these problems are taken into consideration and things become better in future.
