What To Watch This Weekend From November 7 To 13: ‘Monica O My Darling’, ‘The Crown’ Season 5, ‘Black Panther’ And More

The first weekend of November was rather happening with loads of new films and series being released. And while we’re still reeling with the hangover of watching some amazing content, this second week of November has a lot more to offer. Guess November is the gift that keeps giving. If you’re planning to spend this week and the weekend catching up on all the amazing fresh content, we’ve got you a list of all the upcoming releases to binge on and unplug this week. And I promise they’re kaafi amazing. Take a look at all the films and series releasing on OTT platforms and in theatres this week.

1. Monica O My Darling – Netflix

This neo-noir crime dark comedy thriller film directed by Vasan Bala starring Rajkummar Rao, Huma Qureshi and Radhika Apte is all set to release on the OTT platform Netflix on November 11, 2022. This film follows the story of a plan to commit the perfect murder. It stars Sikandar Kher and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor in supporting roles.

2. Mukhbir – The Story of a Spy – Zee5

Directed by Shivam Nair and Jayprad Desai, this spy-thriller series is an adaption of Maloy Dhar’s novel titled Mission to Kashmir: An Intelligent Agent in Pakistan. It stars Zain Khan Durrani, Prakash Raj, Adil Hussain, Barkha Bisht, Zoya Afroz, Satyadeep Mishra, Harsh Chhaya and Bijou Thaangiam. It releases on Zee5 on November 11.

3. Uunchai – Theatre

Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, this adventure drama film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa, Parineeti Chopra and Neena Gupta is scheduled to hit the big screen on November 11.

4. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Theatre

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is the sequel to the 2018 film Black Panther. Directed by Ryan Coogler, this film stars Lupita Nyong’o, Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, Dominique Thorne, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Tenoch Huerta, Michaela Coel, Angela Bassett and Martin Freeman. Following the death of Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman, this film will continue the story of Wakanda in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. This sequel is a tribute to the actor and will hit theatres across India on November 11.

5. Rocket Gang – Theatre

Starring Nikita Dutta and Aditya Seal, this musical film has been directed by Bosco Martis and produced by Zee Studios. The film is set to release in the theatres on November 11.

6. Yashoda – Theatre

This Telugu-language science fiction action thriller film directed by Hari-Harish starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu along with Unni Mukundan, Murali Sharma and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 11.

7. Thai Massage – Theatre

Directed by Mangesh Hadawale, this film starring Gajraj Rao, Divyendu Sharma, Rajpal Yadav and Jenniffer Piccinato is all set to hit the big screen on November 11, 2022.

8. Breathe: Into The Shadows Season 2 – Prime Video

This crime drama series starring Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh and Nitha Menen is coming out with a season 2. It premieres on November 9 on Prime Video.

9. Falling For Christmas – Netflix

Directed by Janeen Damian this romantic comedy film starring Lindsay Lohan, Chord Overstreet, Jack Wagner, George Young and Olivia Perez is set to release on Netflix on November 10.

10. The Crown Season 5 – Netflix

The historical drama television series about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II is coming out with season 5 which is all set to premiere on the OTT platform Netflix on November 9, 2022. It stars Imelda Staunton, Jonathan Pryce, Lesley Manville, Jonny Lee Miller, Dominic West and Elizabeth Debicki.

11. Tanaav – SonyLIV

12. Warrior Nun Season 2 – Netflix

Season 2 of this series starring Alba Bapista, Toya Turner, Lorena Andrea, Kristina Tonteri-Young, Olivia Delcán, Tristan Ulloa, Sylvia De Fanti, Thekla Reuten, Emilio Sakraya, Joaquim de Almeida and Lope Haydn Evans is releasing on the OTT platform Netflix on November 11.
