Twitter Congratulates And Loves Sydney Sweeney’s Emotional Reaction To Emmy Nominations
The Emmy nominations list is out and it is Euphoria ruling it. I mean, has to be na after it bagged 16 nominations this year! In fact, Zendaya who plays the role of Rue Bennett even went ahead to make history as she became the youngest actor to get an Emmy nomination twice and she was also the youngest producing nominee for the teen drama series. And she’s not the only one. Her co-star Sydney Sweeney also bagged not one but two Emmy nominations – one for Euphoria and the other for The White Lotus.
Yep, Sydney Sweeney who is known for playing Cassie in Euphoria has bagged two Emmy nominations for her performance in the teen drama as well as the The White Lotus. Needless to say, the actress was on cloud nine when she heard the news of her nominations.

Sydney Sweeney even took to her Instagram to share her reaction when she heard about her Emmy nominations. The video shows her sitting in the car and tearing up while speaking to her mom.

Sharing the emotional video with her fans, Sydney Sweeney wrote, “what a morning! thank you so much to the @televisionacad for my emmy nominations! It’s an honor to know that both Olivia and Cassie have connected with so many. I’m so proud of both these shows and grateful to everybody that’s been apart of them.
