Mandy Moore And ‘This Is Us’ Deserved Emmy Nominations. Twitter’s Mad About The Snub, And So Are We
I don’t often get attached to series or movies, let alone cry while watching it. However, the one show that changed that and my life is This Is Us. Oh boy, did that show emotionally support me and mess with me at the same time. I haven’t ever been as attached to a show as I am to it and that is not just because of how good the writing or the directing is, it is also because of the very talented, versatile actors – especially Mandy Moore. Her performance in the last season has won hearts but somehow it wasn’t enough to get an Emmy nomination. Yep, Mandy Moore was snubbed at Emmy nominations and that has definitely not sat well with the Twitterati.
On July 13, the list of Emmy nominations came out and Twitterati is not happy with it. Why? Well, because not only did the last season of This Is Us not bag any nominations but also the fact that Mandy Moore did not get nominated in any category.

This year, the much awaited last season of This Is Us dropped and it brought along with it a lot of tears. It left fans sad, overwhelmed, and content not just because of its perfect ending but also because of the brilliant performances of the most talented group of actors – especially Mandy Moore who has been an integral part of the show ever since the beginning.
And so, when Mandy Moore along with This Is Us was snubbed at the Emmy nominations, Twitter just couldn’t keep calm. Fans took to the social media site to express their anger for not nominating her.

Honestly, having watched This Is Us and seeing how brilliant actor Mandy Moore is, I have to say I side with Twitter on this one. She definitely deserved to be nominated for Emmy Awards 2022.
