Twitter User Compares Johnny Depp-Amber Heard Defamation Lawsuit To ‘Aitraaz’. And Priyanka Chopra Approves

You know, I don’t have many opinions because I’m just too lazy to think about different topics and form an opinion based on my judgements. However, there are many people in this world who believe that it’s their job to have an opinion on anything and everything, good for them, I guess. And even though the high-profile Johnny Depp and Amber Heard lawsuit ended with no parties winning, people are trying to stretch it like a used chewing gum which is so not cool. Recently, a Twitter user compared the lawsuit to the film Aitraaz starring Priyanka Chopra, Akshay Kumar, and Kareena Kapoor and PeeCee approved it by liking the tweet.

The televised trial ended on June 1 when the jury held both Amber Heard and Johnny Depp guilty of defamation. But seems like people are still obsessed with this case. Recently, a Twitter user pointed out the similarities between the case and the film Aitraaz featuring Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar which was directed by Abbas-Mustan and was released in the year 2004. The user shared some stills from the film and a few screenshots from the defamation trial and wrote, “Bollywood was definitely ahead of this trial.”
