Kangana Ranaut Speaks On ‘Pathaan’s Success, Says India Only Loved The Khans And Muslim Actresses

Actress Kangana Ranaut is back on Twitter after the micro-blogging site banned her in 2020 for violating its rules. And ever since her return, the actress has been sharing her opinion on the success of Pathaan. The Shah Rukh Khan-starrer film has already broken close to twenty records and emerged to be the highest-grossing Hindi film, and the fastest to enter Rs 200 crore club in just four days of release. Besides praising the film and calling SRK, India’s inspiration, Ms Ranaut took to Twitter to talk about the many political aspects connected to Pathaan’s success. In her string of tweets about the film, Ranaut mentioned how the film’s success should not be called the victory of love over hate.

Following that, she also shared a new tweet about the film’s success. On Saturday, the actress re-shared a fan’s close analysis of the film’s success that mentioned how both Hindus and Muslims love SRK and how India is super secular. Reacting to which Ms Ranaut appreciated the Twitter user’s analysis of the film’s success and mentioned how India has only loved the Khans and muslim actresses. Following that, she also wrote how it is extremely unfair to accuse India of fascism. She further expressed≠ “there is no country like Bharat in the whole world.”

And as usual, Twitter users took to the comments section of the tweet and reacted to Kangana’s analysis, and mentioned–”This country loves every good human, khan, tiwari, pandey, singh, maurya, yadav, ranaut no one cares,” “Shahrukh has always stood by his country. He always gives back in a donation to Indian women and children. But when he faces unnecessary negativity, it’s obvious people.”

Previously Kangana also warned Bollywood to not mix politics with cinema. She also mentioned how Bollywood celebrities should not curate this narrative around the boycott movement, by saying they are suffering from Hindu hate. She also suggested many not use the term–”triumph over hate.” Wait, a minute, is Kangana talking about Alia Bhatt? Because only a few days ago, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress shared her reaction to Pathaan’s success and wrote–”Love always wins,” taking a sly dig at the Bollywood Boycott moment.

On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for the release of her film–Emergency, in which she plays the role of former Prime Minister Of India–Indira Gandhi. She recently hosted a wrap party of the film.
