Attached to the poster of Pathaan, was a line by Bhatt that read–”Because Love Always wins.” The actress’ response to the film was a sly remark to the ongoing protest against the film’s release. With days prior to the release, which featured mass burning of the film’s poster and political parties expressing their hate towards the “inappropriate song”–Besharam Rang from the film, the release melted many hearts and was indeed love’s victory over hate. And while Alia is known to zip up her opinions on current affairs, her take on the Bollywood boycott movement, was also a way to support his favourite Shah Rukh Khan and her love for cinema.

In pictures shared by Bhatt’s mother–Soni Razdan, the actress is seen sharing the frame with her sister–Shaheen and her mother, as they fasten their seat belts with popcorn to watch Pathaan. Alia also expressed her reaction to the film and said, “What a blast.”
