It’s been 10 long years since a wholesome film like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was released. It took me a moment to realise, how life in the 20s is actually so complicated and that to some extent, was rightly depicted in this Ayan Mukerji film. From love to friendship, YJHD has again taken us down memory lane, and actress Kalki Koechlin has been experiencing some similar emotions. On the occasion of 10 years, our beloved Aditi has shared some cute memories from the time of their shooting days.

Kalki Koechlin recently shared a reel on social media handle which was a compilation of all the happy and sad moments in the film. And wrote an even more beautiful caption to go with it. Kalki Koeclin opened her box of mithai that she has been carrying even after 10 years. The actress who played Aditi in the film wrote that despite all her co-stars growing up and learning so much over the years, there are things that might never change. Kalki Koechlin wrote that Deepika Padukone will always be the one who will teach them dance steps, and Ranbir Kapoor will remain a prankster. “Our big Lebowski,” she wrote for Aditya Roy Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji will always be remembered for asking uncomfortable personal questions! She further wished the entire cast the 10-year anniversary!

The Director of the film Ayan Mukerji who was just 20 years old when he made YJHD also shared some memories from the past. He also shared the picture of the Director’s note to cherish his time directing one of his most special projects. In his Instagram post, Ayan Mukerji called Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani his second child and expressed some of his feelings that felt during the shoot of this film.
