James Franco And Elon Musk Among Other Celebrities To Testify In Johnny Depp And Amber Heard’s Defamation Trial
While celebrity lawsuits and cases aren’t uncommon, they sure do give people a lot to talk about for a while. To be fair, many people tend to use this as gossip fuel. Such is the case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard as well. The legal battle and controversy between the two has been ongoing for a while and doesn’t seem to be settling anytime soon. The recent news from their defamation trial says that James Franco and Elon Musk are going to be two of the high profile celebrities who will be testifying in the defamation lawsuit.

The defamation lawsuit between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has been long overdue and is going to begin next month. In 2019, Depp begin a defamation lawsuit against Heard after the latter accused him of domestic abuse. This was done via an article in the Washington Post in 2018.
According to sources, James Franco and Elon Musk going to be virtually testifying in the defamation lawsuit after they were pushed into the controversy because Johnny Depp accused both of them of having affairs with Heard while she was married to him. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard will be giving their testimonies in person.

Other than Musk and Franco, Paul Bettany along with representatives of the Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros will also be a part of the trial.
