It is Fawad Khan day today! The actor who stole the hearts of people all over the world. To say he is one of the finest actors of this generation would be stating the obvious. Throughout his career, the actor has blown audiences’ minds away with his brilliant performances and commitment to the role. Only we know how our hearts broke when Fawad Khan was banned from India. But that is not going to stop me or anyone else from gushing about how handsome he is and what a talented actor he is.

1. Humsafar

Humsafar is one of the most popular Pakistani drama series. The show revolves around the lives of Khirad Ashar Hussain (played by Mahira Khan) and Ashar Hussain (played by Fawad Khan) who are forced into a loveless marriage. But as time passes by, the two and their relationship grows stronger and eventually leads to a happy ending.

2. Zindagi Gulzar Hai

Zindagi Gulzar hai is one of my favourite shows of all time. The show follows the lives of two people, Kashaf Zaroon Junaid (played by Sanam Saeed) and Zaroon Junaid (played by Fawad Khan), who are polar opposites in every way – thoughts, financial situations, emotional understanding, etc. – and despite the differences, they come together. The best part about this show is the presence of a strong female protagonist and how well her character has been written.

3. Khoobsurat

Fawad Khan is a prince charming in reel life and also in reel life. In the movie, Khoobsurat, he plays the role of a prince who falls in love with Milli, a jhalli, quirky physiotherapist. He is disciplined, she is not. He is calm and composed, she is hyper and all over the place. Basically, the movie is about opposites falling head over heels for someone.

4. The Legend Of Maula Jatt

Fawad Khan And Mahira Khan starrer The Legend Of Maula Jatt is a story about a fierce prizefighter who has a traumatic past for which he seeks vengeance. The story tells a tale of revenge and how Maula Jatt came to his own.

5. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

In Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Fawad Khan plays Anushka Sharma’s husband who has a small but crucial role in the film. His character though short, had some extremely powerful scenes that fans can’t help but gush about. I mean, did you see his look in the movie – uff!

6. Kapoor & Sons

Fawad Khan is a versatile actor and Kapoor & Sons is proof of that. In the movie, he plays the role of a gay man who still has not come out to his family because he knows they will not be exactly accepting of it. While the movie majorly revolved around Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, Khan’s brilliant acting stole the limelight.

While this list is complete in itself, it would be a sin not to mention his role in Ms Marvel. Though Fawad Khan’s role was a short one, people around the world could not stop praising how good of a job he did as Hasan.
