Chunky Panday Is A Proud Dad After Ananya Panday’s ‘KWK’ Episode, Hopes She Never Loses Her Honesty
After his daughter, Ananya Panday, recently appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan 7, actor Chunky Panday lauded her. Chunky Panday reacted to Ananya’s demeanour on the show in a recent interview and advised her to “never lose” her honesty. Ananya’s ‘mature’ approach to challenging circumstances on the show was also lauded by viewers.
Ananya and actor Vijay Deverakonda appeared on a recent episode of Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan 7. In their upcoming movie Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Karan, the pair will be seen working together for the first time. Fans have praised Ananya for being honest about the sexism and problematic relationship shown in Vijay’s Arjun Reddy, in front of the actor.
Chunky talked about Ananya saying that he feels “on top of the world” seeing how well Ananya carried herself in KWK. He said that Ananya makes him very proud, and he wishes she never loses her honesty.

For the unversed, KJo questioned Ananya about her feelings for Arjun Reddy, Vijay’s role in the corresponding movie. Ananya said she wouldn’t be comfortable with the romantic relationship in the movie. She remarked saying there might be people who idolise the relationship shown in Arjun Reddy and have approached Vijay. She added that such people are simply not near her. She said that she wouldn’t let her friends be in a relationship like that.

Liger, which is scheduled to hit theatres on August 25, will be Ananya’s next film. The movie will be released in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Furthermore, she will appear in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan by Arjun Varain Singh. Arjun co-wrote the screenplay with Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, and Siddhant Chaturvedi, who feature in the movie.
