The Bison star Anupama Parameswaran addressed one of the Paradha promotional events where she broke down when a journalist asked her a question. Talking on Dhyan Varma’s YouTube channel, the actor also called this particular incident the moment where she decided to not take it anymore. Anupama Parameswaran revealed that she was shamed by her boyfriend right before she was going on the stage. The actor further shared that she wore her red churidar and was sitting on the stage when a journalist asked her a question. Anupama broke down in tears, and according to the actor, it was not something she would normally do. The Bison star also revealed that she was told the worst things that a woman could ever hear from a person, which should’ve protected her, but instead was ‘destroying’ her.
Anupama Parameswaran further clarified that the people mocked her, thinking she was trying to ask for sympathy before the film, but it was actually the problems in her personal life. Earlier, the actor had opened up about going through a toxic 2-year relationship with a narcissistic man.
On the other hand, Dhruv Vikram recently addressed questions around dealing with public scrutiny, and he accepted that such judgements do affect him a little.
