1. Suspects Have Roots In Gurugram
Mumbai Police revealed that one of the suspects who goes by the name Vishal an alleged suspect in the Salman Khan gun firing incident with Alias name Kalu was a member of the Bishnoi gang since 2016 after his first arrest that involved a vehicle lifting case and has also been living in Mahavir Pura in Gurugram Sector 6. On the other hand Vishal’s mother reacting to the incident has said that he has brought shame to the family.

2. Custody of The Suspects
Following their apprehension, the Mumbai Police’s crime branch sought custody of the suspects to facilitate further interrogation and gather crucial evidence. The court acceded to their request, granting nine days of police custody until April 25, allowing investigators ample time to delve deeper into the motive behind the attack and identify any potential accomplices.

3. Suspects Did Recce Of The House
As the investigation progressed, startling revelations emerged regarding the assailants’ meticulous preparations leading up to the incident. It came to light that the suspects had rented a room in Panvel, strategically positioning themselves to conduct surveillance on Salman Khan’s farm and residence, while they also did a reccee of the actor’s residence in Bandra thrice.

4. CM Eknath Shinde Visits Salman Khan’s House
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde wasted no time in addressing the security concerns raised by the incident. He personally visited Salman Khan’s residence to assure the actor and his family of their safety, pledging enhanced security measures and government support in the wake of the incident.

5. Suspect’s Father Shocked On Involvement
Meanwhile, the revelation of Sagar Pal’s involvement in the case has sent shockwaves through his family, particularly his father, Joginder Shah. Expressing profound disbelief and dismay, Shah conveyed his astonishment at learning of his son’s alleged connection to the incident. Describing Sagar Pal as a “simple person” with no prior involvement in criminal activities, Shah reiterated his family’s bewilderment over the sudden turn of events. In a statement to PTI, Shah lamented that he was really shocked to learn about his involvement through social media and he doesn’t know how it happened. He also mentioned how they are all labourers and simple people.

What Had Happened?
On a seemingly tranquil Sunday morning, residents of Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra area were jolted awake by the sound of gunfire. Around 4.55 am, unidentified assailants unleashed a barrage of five to six gunshots outside the residential complex, where Salman Khan, one of India’s most prominent film personalities, resides with his family. While the incident thankfully resulted in no injuries, it sent shockwaves through the neighborhood and the entertainment industry at large.
