According to a report by IANS, a woman was allegedly r*ped by the bus’s driver and conductor in Delhi. This occurred on the night of May 11 when the woman was walking back home after work, per the usual, when the sleeper bus appeared at the Sarawati Vihar bus stop. The report mentioned that the survivor approached a man who stood at the bus door to ask about the time. During this, she was allegedly forced inside the vehicle. The authorities reportedly mentioned that the bus was driven to Nangloi, where the two men allegedly raped her.

An FIR was registered after the crime was committed. As per the report, the woman is married and has three children. She is employed at a factory in Mangolpuri and is a resident of a slum cluster in Pitampura. Now, the Delhi police have seized the bus in which the alleged crime took place. The authorities have arrested the accused, the probe is being conducted, and possible angles are also being examined.
