Twisha Sharma Was ‘Missing’ Days Before Her Death, Claims Mother-In-Law Giribala Singh
Giribala Singh claimed that she even called Twisha's parents and asked about her whereabouts, but they didn't know anything about her either.
Days after the unfortunate demise of Twisha Sharma, the reason for her alleged su*cide remains a mystery. Her family alleged dowry harassment and physical torture by her husband, Samarth Singh and the in-laws. In recent updates, both of the accused are under judicial custody, and amid this, her mother-in-law, Giribala, has claimed that Twisha had gone missing days before her death. Giribala Singh On Twisha Sharma
Before she was detained, Giribala Singh told Mojo Story that Twisha Sharma had gone berserk upon learning about her pregnancy. She claimed that her daughter-in-law blamed herself for “doing something wrong” and stated that the child was killing her. She was allegedly mentally affected by this and decided to visit her family the next day. Giribala Singh shared that she was fine with the decision and allegedly let her pack the bags to leave. However, the judge alleged that she went unreachable after she left.
Giribala Singh claimed that she even called Twisha’s parents and asked about her whereabouts, but they didn’t know anything about her either. As per her, the 33-year-old didn’t go to her parents’ house in Bhopal directly. Singh also claimed that her daughter-in-law remained silent and did not wish to contact anyone, and that after being missing for one day, Twisha’s parents called her and confirmed that she had stayed away on her own accord. Giribala also contacted her and asked if she didn’t want to be with Samarth Singh anymore, to which Twisha allegedly agreed.
The judge further told her that her house was always open for her and that she could stay in the spare room if she didn’t want to stay with Samarth. As per NDTV, Samarth Singh told them that he had booked both his and Twisha’s flight to Bengaluru for April 24, 2026; however, just a week before, she changed her mind and never went on that trip. She insisted on going to visit her brother in Ajmer instead, leading to a big fight with Samarth.
