Another Man Pees On Woman Passenger In An Air India flight! WTF?

Women are subjected to different kinds of heinous and derogatory acts by men. This sad reality remains unchanged that women are not safe anywhere, be it in their own houses or hundreds of kilometres above in the sky. Instead of reducing the number of crimes women are subjected to, it is increasing day by day. But believe it or not, a new year has just begun and already two separate men have peed on two separate women, in a flight! After the Air India urine incident that’s still in the news, another mid-air peeing incident by a man on a woman has come to light. What is wrong with men? Keep it in your pants, na?

Crimes Against Women Family

This incident took place on December 6 when a drunk man urinated on the blanket of a female passenger on a Paris-Delhi Air India flight. When the flight landed the man was apprehended by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) as soon as he deboarded the plane, it was reported by airport officials that the man was under the influence of alcohol. However, no serious action was taken against the man and he was later allowed to leave after the two passengers reportedly had a “mutual compromise” when the male passenger gave the woman a written apology.

This was not the first time that something like this happened. In a previous incident, a man exposed himself to and urinated on an older female passenger on an Air India flight from New York to New Delhi. The woman was seriously traumatised. The man now has a 30-day ban on flying. It kinda feels less!

The root cause of this is the lack of respect for women among such men because a drunken state doesn’t make you a bad person, it only makes you bold enough to do the things you want to. Another problem is the fact that men feel that they can get away with anything, these days. If the government had created stricter guidelines then this incident might not have happened.

After all. women have the right to feel safe, and the government is responsible for ensuring that. Therefore there is a need to create some strict guidelines with appropriate punishments for these kinds of heinous offences. We also need to inculcate an attitude of respect in every person from the school level to solve this problem from the root level. Only then can a woman really feel safe everywhere. Women do deserve this, don’t they?
