The Anti-Hijab protest happening in Iran is growing stronger each day. However, there are many reports suggesting that the authorities continue taking inhumane measures to curb the protest. After the death of Mahsa Amini, many other women also lost their lives in the protest, and it does not seem to stop. Now, there are some reports coming from Iran that suggest, women are being shot in their breasts and private areas during the anti-hijab protest crackdown.
The shocking incident was reported on December 9, Friday. Reportedly, the Iran officials, in order to stop the protestors have continued using dangerous measures that are even taking away lives. The unarmed protesters are being shot at using shotguns, and in one of the incidents, an Iranian woman was shot on her thighs, breasts, and even around her genital areas. As per a report by the Guardian, the medic who treated the woman informed the news agency, that she was in her early twenties, and has suffered several gun wounds. They further informed, that two pellets were found in the woman’s vaginal opening and urethra. Adding to this they also said, that at least 10 pellets were found on her thighs. The reports also inform that women’s faces and breasts were also targeted.
