The official Twitter handle of IPL shared a video which gave us a glimpse into Rashmika Mandanna and Tamannaah Bhatia’s practice session for the opening. Tamannaah said that the two years of the pandemic have been hard for everyone. She also said that she is looking forward to performant with Rashmika and Arijit Singh. The actress also revealed that she gets very invested in the games and gets excited while watching them. Talking about the players she admires the most, Tamannaah Bhatia said that MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are her favourites.

Rashmika Mandanna spoke about how she always wanted to see a match live but has never gotten a chance to. So, her perforing at IPL 2023’s opening ceremony makes her feel that she has made it. Rashmika’s favourite players are also Dhoni and Virat! The first game of IPL 2023 will be played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium from 6 PM onwards. The Titans were the winners of the tournament in 2022, the year they made their debut, and well CSK has won the tournament several times now.
