The Amravati case about the s*xual abuse and blackmail of many girls has been making headlines. And amid this, a video of the prime accused named Ayan Ahmed, celebrating his birthday on a road in the middle of the police officers, has gone viral. The video is reportedly taken in Paratwada and has sparked uproar online. As per reports, the investigation states that he used his strong social media presence and popularity to target women. He also allegedly had 18k followers and earned through paid promotions.
About The Amravati Viral MMS Case
In the now viral video, Ayan Ahmed was seen in a T-shirt that had the word ‘Boss’ written on it. He was seen bursting crackers and cutting a birthday cake on a road late at night. The video also captured police present at the scene and an officer allegedly feeding the cake to the accused while wishing him. Reports claim that the road was blocked for this cake-cutting session. The videos were allegedly recorded a few days before his arrest and garnered much attention online.
After the massive outrage online, the Amravati Police Commissioner has reportedly taken action against the police personnel present in the video. This scandal came amid the ongoing investigation into some serious allegations against Ayaan Ahmed in the Paratwada case. He reportedly used his social media to lure young women and gain their trust. Police officials suggest that he was active on Snapchat since 2019 and was creating Instagram reels since 2022. He eventually built a following that helped him lure potential victims.

He also allegedly invited young women to meet him, then went on to record private videos, and then blackmailed them by threatening to release all of this online. Police also stated that he made 18 videos and 39 photos of the victim viral online. Currently, a Special Investigation Team has been formed to investigate the case further.
