5 Revelations Made By Friend Of Woman Who Was Dragged By Car In Delhi
She said the accused deliberately killed the victim.

On Sunday morning, a 20-year-old woman died after she was dragged by a car for several kilometres in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area. The victim’s body was taken to the Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital in the Mangolpuri area and the police arrested all five men who were driving the car. The police recently revealed that the deceased woman was not alone at the time of the incident and was travelling with a female friend. On Tuesday, the Delhi Police recorded her statement and said that the woman who was dragged by the car was drunk. Here are all the revelations made by the victim’s friend in her statement.
1. The victim’s friend identified as Nidhi said that the deceased woman was drunk at the time of the incident but insisted on driving the scooty. In her statement, she also asserted that it was the issue they were fighting about in the hotel.

2. The five accused who were driving the Baleno car on New Year’s night said that they did not know that the driver of the scooter they hit was trapped under the vehicle. However, the victim’s friend claimed that the 20-year-woman was yelling but the car did not stop and they deliberately killed her.
3. In her statement, Nidhi also dismissed that there was loud music playing in the car. According to the reports, she also said that the five accused were waiting for them outside the hotel.

4. She told the Police that the woman was drunk at the time of the incident and was threatening to jump off the scooter if she did not allow her to drive the vehicle.
5. The friend also mentioned that she gave the scooter to the deceased woman to ride. She added that they were about to collide with a truck but she applied the brake from behind and after that, the car hit the scooter.
