1. No Jerks Allowed
Not being a jerk is a bare minimum, ladies. Expecting your man to be decent and understanding isn’t; asking for too much. So let’s not glorify it, okay?
2. Respect
Treating your partner with respect is the most basic thing you need in a relationship. The fact that your man is respecting you is not out of this world and if he is trying to show you that, I’m sorry but you need to walk away right now!
3. Communication
Being able to communicate, oh my god. Ladies, it’s a good thing that you and your man communicate about everything in your relationship but it is a bare minimum to be able and willing to communicate with your partner about everything related to your relationship.

4. Being Kind
Another thing is being kind. Your partner being kind is not a flex guys, in general being kind to everyone is a bare minimum. It isn’t something that needs to be glorified, it has to be there in your partner regardless of whether or not he is in a relationship.
5. Equal Effort
Expecting equal efforts from your partner might feel a lot but let me tell you honestly, it’s the most basic thing one can ever expect from a relationship.
6. Looking Forward To Seeing You
Being excited about meeting your boo, planning things for your boo and putting in effort is a BARE MINIMUM. We need to stop saying that he loves me so much because he makes plans for us to meet. He is in a relationship with you, he has signed up for it. It’s nothing out of the ordinary.

If you don’t trust your man in the first place or he doesn’t trust you, what is the point of even being together?
