Talking stages are probably the hardest part of a relationship, I mean that is if it goes until a relationship. And it’s not just me, women on Reddit just listed down a few things that frustrate them about the never-ending “talking stage”. 2. Instant Sexualization

Jumping into sexual topics too quickly is a big turn-off for many women. It’s impossible to understand how and what might make a perfectly normal conversation turn into a spicy talk without your intentions being that. Why not just get to know each other a bit before jumping into intimacy?

3. Feeling Pressured

Women feel pressured when guys assume they’re always in the mood for sexting or sex, even if they’ve just met. Just something about women feeling guilty about not giving enough attention to someone they are talking to is a daily occurrence. But maybe taking it a notch down from both sides is the way?

4. Overuse Of Good Morning/Goodnight Texts

While these texts can be sweet, they become burdensome when they happen every single day. It feels like an invasion of personal space. Now I know how this sounds, I can already hear people saying “Being consistent is also an issue now?” But it’s more than that, it’s about maintaining a balance between consistency and personal space.

5. Ghosting

Oh my god, this is DEFINITELY the biggest turn-off in a talking stage. Suddenly disappearing without explanation is a common frustration during the talking stage, we have all been there ladies! Getting busy and not being able to talk to someone is understandable but just a text saying “Hey, I’m busy. I’ll text you when I can?” is more than enough!

6. Unclear Intentions

Talking to someone who doesn’t know what they want after the talking stage is just the most annoying thing ever. Women talked about wanting clarity about what the other person wants from the relationship. Uncertainty about intentions leads to wasted time and frustration.
