Russian Troops Reportedly Sent Tinder Messages To Ukrainian Women And End Up Revealing Their Military Positions

For those who are unaware of the global situation, let me tell you that we are on the brink of World War III. And no, this is not some theory that I’ve come up with. In fact, netizens have been trending and sharing memes as coping mechanisms regarding the war. Keeping that in mind, there are rumours going around that Russian troops who have been poised to invade Ukraine, are picking up Ukrainian women on Tinder. Yep, I know it sounds bizarre but hey that’s what rumours are, aren’t they?

According to a tabloid, On Tuesday, the Russian troops who are sent and poised to invade Ukraine are allegedly picking up Ukrainian women on Tinder and having quite the regular conversations with them.

In fact, out of many Ukrainian women that got messages from Russian troops, Dasha Synelnikova was one of them. She got matches from Andrei, Alexander, Gregory, Michail, and “Black” who were around 20 miles away from where she had set her location.

Speaking about receiving Tinder matches, Dasha Synelnikova said, “I actually live in Kyiv but changed my location settings to Kharkiv after a friend told me there were Russian troops all over Tinder.”

According to Ukrainian military officials, many from the Russian troops would be paramours who slyly flirted with women from Ukraine and in the process gave away their military positions. And all this while the forces of Ukraine assembled north of Kharkiv with full preparation for what they thought was going to be an imminent attack.

Dasha Synelnikova said that even though she would never sleep with the enemy, there were so many of the Russian troops on Tinder that she got curious and got into an exchange with some of them. She said that it was funny and scary at the same time that they were so close to Ukraine. She further said, “These guys are just the same as anyone else on Tinder — they want love or companionship… So it’s kind of hard to imagine that they could be coming here to attack us. I hope it won’t happen.”

Honestly, the news comes from a tabloid so I’m not sure how believable it is. Having said that, it is not that far-fetched. I mean, after all, they are men who are away from their homes for most of the time. Though I’m not sure if flirting will help especially when the current situation might lead to a world war.
