Woman Left With ‘Lizard Neck’ After Cosmetic Procedure To Fix Double Chin Goes Wrong
You know, everyone wants to look beautiful and there is nothing wrong with it. However, one should be careful while going under any cosmetic procedure because if anything goes wrong, the results can be scarring. And the same thing happened when a woman tried to get rid of her double chin and it was not even her mistake. In the United Kingdom, the woman has been left with a ‘lizard neck’ after a cosmetic procedure to fix her double chin went wrong.
In a shocking incident, a woman named Jayne Bowman, who lives in Hampshire paid £500 (nearly Rs 48,000) for a fibroblast therapy treatment to get rid of her double chin. However, after the botched cosmetic procedure, her neck started looking like a lizard’s skin as it left her with innumerable red blotches and scars. During the treatment, a device zaps a high-frequency electric current through the skin to encourage tissue regeneration and it tightens the skin. After the incident, Jayne said that she doesn’t go out without a scarf on and she also advised people to stick to professional people.
