Who Was Sadaf Naeem, Pakistani Journalist Who Was Crushed To Death By Former PM Imran Khan’s Container Truck?
In a heartbreaking incident that took place in Pakistan, a female journalist named Sadaf Naeem was crushed to death by a container truck while she was covering the political march that was led by former Prime Minister Imran Khan. The television journalist with Channel Five slipped and fell from the container truck in which the prime minister was travelling in. The march led was heading toward the capital.
So, who is Sadaf Naeem?
Sadaf Naeem is a Pakistani television journalist that was the breadwinner for her family which includes two children – aged 17 and 21. She has been a journalist for the last 12 years. Before working as a news reporter with Channel Five, she was working as a model and a TV host on multiple channels.

Imran Khan condoles Sadaf Naeem’s death
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted, “Shocked and deeply saddened by the terrible accident that led to the death of Channel 5 reporter Sadaf Naeem during our March today”. The incident took place during the march where Khan’s convoy team had invited a few journalists onto the container truck to speak with him. At that time, the journalist, who was trying to get a soundbite, lost her balance and fell. The container truck then ran over her.

Sadaf Naeem was then rushed to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Hamonki where she was pronounced dead on her arrival. Her husband said in a statement that her death was an accident and he does not want to turn this accident into a legal battle.
