10-Year-Old Boy Rapes 6-Year-Old Girl In Uttar Pradesh. Where Are 10-Year-Olds Learning All This From?
We have been hearing news of rape every day. There have been incidents when an old man has been a perpetrator, a father committed a crime on his daughter, an ex-flame has raped a woman and even minor girls have been brutally raped. No matter who has been the rapist in such stories, reading the account of this horrendous crime always sends a chill down my spine. But reading about a recent rape crime committed on a minor girl has shocked me beyond belief. Because the raper, in this case, turned out to be a 10-year-old boy! Yes, you read the age right, and no, I have not made any mistake in writing the age of the perpetrator.
As per reports, this incident has taken place on October 2, 2022, in the Badaun district in Uttar Pradesh. The minor girl was playing outside her house when the 10-year-old boy distracted and lured her into a cattle shed, and raped her. The parents of the victim realised that something wrong had happened with her when the girl came home crying and a look at her clothes confirmed their worst thoughts.
The family members of the girl went ahead to file a complaint with the police against the accused at the Ughaiti police station. The accused 10-year-old boy has been taken into custody as well. The little girl has been taken to the District Women’s Hospital for medical attention. While the police launched an investigation into the case, the victim narrated the whole incident to them. The boy, who is also a minor, will be sent to a juvenile home.

I am appalled at the committed crime here. It is shocking that disgusting thoughts about rape could even come to a young boy’s mind, and he would even end up executing his actions. What must have triggered the boy to even go ahead with the whole crime is scary!
