To Get Revenge, Gujarat Woman Uploads Obscene Pictures Of Her Estranged Husband
Experts say that normally when you break up with someone you go through various stages of denial, sorrow, rage and finally acceptance. You don’t need me to tell you just how intensely tough these stages can be. However, sometimes, just like we see in movies, there are people who end up doing the craziest things while going through the rage phase of a breakup. Like, look at this woman, for instance, who made fake profiles and uploaded private pictures and obscene of her estranged husband on social media in an attempt to exact revenge on him. As much as we love crazy revenge stories, we don’t condone this cyber-bullying behaviour. In fact, everyone should remember this incident as what not to do no matter how angry you are at someone.
Reportedly, this 29-year-old woman from Gujarat took to social media to make fake profiles under her estranged husband’s name and uploaded private and obscene pictures of him online. She went to great, but illegal, lengths to harass him and get her revenge. No matter the gender, uploading inappropriate and private pictures on someone on social media is unacceptable and disgusting.

The couple married five years ago but recently their marriage his a rough patch due to which they decided to go their separate ways. They’ve been living separately for quite some time now. However, it seems the woman was still miffed about the separation and wanted to get revenge on her estranged husband. Hence, she decided on uploading his private pictures on social media.
On 22 May, the 30-year-old man whose photos were uploaded approached the cyber crime police to lodge an FIR. He alleged that his private photographs were posted on several Instagram handles. His initial suspicions pointed towards his wife but he had no confirmation at the time. A police officer involved in the investigation said, “Only during the investigation, we found that she had shared the images on social media out of anger. ” The police arrested her and she is now out on bail.
Hopefully, she will be sentenced to an adequate sentence. It’s very common for men to indulge in a crime of this nature but in this case, the tables have turned. However, that doesn’t make it okay or any less of a crime.
