You know, I love superheroes and my favourite superhero is…no, it’s not Spiderman or Captain Marvel, it’s my mother. The reason is simple, she’s a typical Indian mother and that’s her real superpower as well. From packing everyone’s dabba on time to chasing after us with a plate full of food, our desi mothers can do anything to take care of their kids and family. And they are also saving our planet, not by fighting with supervillains but by coming up with great and creative ideas for reusing old things. Recently, a son shared a hilarious picture of her mother reusing a vodka bottle to store oil for puja and it’s the most desi mom thing on the internet right now. LOL, Indian mothers are the OG superheroes!
Recently, a tweet is going quite viral on the internet where a man named Sagar shared a picture of a Vodka bottle filled with oil, this is ‘absolut dhoka’. According to the tweet, his mom used an empty Vodka bottle to store oil for puja to embarrass him in front of all his relatives and we can hear every Indian mother agreeing with this creative and fun idea. You know what they say, as you sow, so shall you reap. In the picture, a small bottle of Vodka can be seen which is filled with oil with other things used in a puja ceremony. Sharing the picture, he wrote, “In a pooja attended by a dozen family members, my Mother made sure I am embarassed thoroughly.” That’s how Indian mothers teach their kids a good lesson!
