Pack Your Bag Well

Make sure to keep a pack of tissue paper before you leave your home. and while one cup is sufficient to help you through the day, always have another piece handy for unexpected situations. You can also get your hands on a pack of menstrual wipes and a bottle of water in case you’re travelling overnight or have plans to stay away from home for a few days.

Look Out For A Private Restroom

First and foremost lookout for a private bathroom that allows you a safer environment and privacy to remove and clean your menstrual cup. With a private sink attached in the room, you can easily get the cup cleaned with lesser chances of germ exchange with those visiting the washroom at the same time.

While cleaning your menstrual cup in a public washroom can be a hassle, firstly make sure you clean your hands to avoid any transfer of bacteria. You can then start with emptying your cup, followed by which you can run it through water or clean it with a wet tissue, but make sure it doesn’t stick to your cup, because it can be the cause of an infection.
