Man Rapes A 6-Year-Old Girl During Wedding Procession In Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj

The reason is that violence against women and minor girls is increasing rapidly and it’s getting so difficult to read so many rape cases every single day. One such case came to light where a man raped a minor girl during a wedding procession in Uttar Pradesh. This is so heartbreaking and shameful at the same time.
On Tuesday, a man allegedly sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl when she was attending a wedding function with her father. The incident took place in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. According to the reports, the victim’s father filed a complaint against the accused named Arun Bharti. He informed the police that the accused raped her daughter on Tuesday night during the wedding procession. The case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act. As for now, the 6-year-old girl has been sent to a hospital for medical examination.

Abhishek Agarwal – Superintendent of Police (SP) said that the accused will be arrested soon and the police will take strict action against him. According to the reports, two teams are formed by the police in order to arrest him.

It’s so sickening to know that rape is becoming a common crime against women in our nation.
