Sharon Murder Case Explained: Kerala Police Arrests Sharon Raj’s Girlfriend Greeshma As The Main Culprit.
The Sharon murder case from Kerala has finally been unfolded by the police. Sharon Raj who hailed from Parassala, a town in Kerala was mysteriously killed but now the culprit, who in this case was allegedly his girlfriend Greeshma has confessed to the crime. The cold-blooded murder of Sharon was planned by the girlfriend to get rid of him because she was engaged to another man. And the details of the crime are bone-chilling.
The post-mortem reports of Sharon suggested that intake of poison led to his death. During the police investigation, a pesticide bottle was found at Greeshma’s home, which was the same poison that was discovered in Sharon’s body. After this, the Kerala police took Greeshma into custody and started the process of questioning. Many shocking revelations were made by the culprit. She confessed to the involvement of her parents and relative in the plotting of Sharon’s murder. The motive behind murdering her boyfriend was apparently because Greeshma wanted to end the relationship with him as she was already engaged to another man, an army officer. As per the police, a piece of very confusing evidence was found at Greeshma’s place, and it was a wedding video of her and Sharon. So the motive of the murder is still a questionable angle, as per the reports
Reportedly, the police also said that Greeshma tried to “stage” a drama after Sharon’s murder so that she does not become a suspect in the case. In fact, Greeshma also tried to commit suicide by drinking pesticide, which the police believe was done only so she could dodge the questioning.

As per the recent update, in this case, it has been reported that after all these revelations by the Kerala police, the case was supposed to be transferred to the Tamil Nadu police. However, the parents of Sharon Raj especially met the Chief Minister and requested him to not transfer the case. Meanwhile, the alleged culprit Greeshma has recovered from the attempted suicide and has been transferred to Attakulangara women’s jail on Thursday. Also, the investigation team, in this case, has requested to take the alleged victim in the custody, and recreate the crime scene to get more evidence, as per reports.
